On January 2, 2019, Antero Midstream Partners LP, a Delaware limited partnership (“Antero Midstream”) and Antero Midstream GP LP, a Delaware limited partnership (“AMGP”) announced that Antero Midstream unitholders and AMGP shareholders of record at the close of business on January11, 2019 will be entitled to vote at special meetings of Antero Midstream unitholders and AMGP shareholders, respectively, which will be held to vote on the previously announced simplification transaction between the two companies and certain of their affiliates. The special meetings are expected to be held during the first quarter of 2019, and Antero Midstream and AMGP will issue a subsequent announcement when the date and times of the meetings have been set.
