On December 5, 2017, American Tower Corporation issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that it had priced its registered public offering of senior unsecured notes due 2023 (the “2023 notes”) in an aggregate principal amount of $700.0 million and senior unsecured notes due 2028 (the “2028 notes”) in an aggregate principal amount of $700.0 million. The 2023 notes will have an interest rate of 3.000% per annum and are being issued at a price equal to 99.742% of their face value. The 2028 notes will have an interest rate of 3.600% per annum and are being issued at a price equal to 99.476% of their face value.
