On May 25, 2017, Regina Gregory announced her intention to resign as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary of American Midstream GP, LLC, the general partner (the “General Partner”) of American Midstream Partners, LP (the “Partnership”), effective June 9, 2017. There were no disagreements between Ms. Gregory and the General Partner, the Partnership or any officer or director of the General Partner which led to Ms. Gregory’s decision.
