(b) Resignation of James Healy.
On December14, 2016, James I. Healy, M.D., Ph.D. informed the
Board of Directors of Amarin Corporation plc (the Company) of his
resignation from the Board of Directors, effective December20,
2016. Dr.Healys resignation was not caused by any disagreement
with the Company on any matter relating to the Companys
operations, policies or practices. A copy of Dr.Healys
resignation letter is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current
Report on Form 8-K.
