Effective August23, 2018, Orin S. Kramer provided notice of his resignation as a director of Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A. (the “Company”). There were no disagreements between Mr.Kramer and the Company regarding any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
At the same time as Mr.Kramer resigned from the Board of Directors (the “Board”), he also resigned as a member of the Nomination/Governance Committee, Compensation Committee and Compliance Committee of the Board.
The Company has not appointed a replacement director to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Kramer’s resignation at this time.
