On November14, 2016, the Board of Directors of Allison
Transmission Holdings, Inc. (the Company) authorized a new stock
repurchase program for up to $1,000 million of the Companys
common stock, effective immediately. A copy of the press release
announcing the stock repurchase program is attached as Exhibit
99.1 hereto.
