On January 30, 2017, Alliance Resource Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”) announced, via press release, its quarterly and annual earnings and operating results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2016.  A copy of the Partnership’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
