On January 26, 2017, Alliance Data Systems Corporation (the
“Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Board of
Directors of the Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of
$0.52 per share, payable on March 17, 2017 to stockholders of
record at the close of business on February 15, 2017. A copy of
this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
