On February1, 2017, the Board of Directors (the Board) of
Allergan plc (the Company) elected Ms.AdrianeM. Brown as a
director of the Company, effective immediately. Ms.Browns
appointment to the Board was previously announced by the Company
in November 2016. Ms.Brown has been named to the Quality and
Innovation Committee of the Board.
On February1, 2017, Mr.MichaelR. Gallagher announced he would not
stand for reelection to the Board at the Companys Annual General
Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on May4, 2017.

On February2, 2017, the Board set a record date of March8, 2017
for participation in the Companys 2017 AGM. Only those
shareholders of the Company who are shareholders of record at the
close of business on March8, 2017 will be entitled to receive
notice of, and to vote, at the 2017 AGM. The Board also announced
that the Companys 2017 AGM would be held on May4, 2017.
