ITEM 7.01. REGULATION FD
On May 5, 2017, Airborne Wireless Network, a Nevada corporation
(the Company), issued a press release which specifies that the
Company has been granted an experimental operating certificate by
the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), file number
0378-EX-ST-2017X. The FCCs approval will allow the Company to
ground test and flight test its demonstration system, in the
development of the Companys Infinitus Super Highway, the Companys
patented air-to-air communication system.
A copy of that press release is attached to this Current Report
as Exhibit 99.1. In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of
Form 8-K, the information set forth in this ITEM 7.01 and in that
press release is deemed to be furnished and shall not be deemed
to be filed for purpose of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934,
as amended (the Exchange Act) and shall not be incorporated by
reference into any registration statement or other document filed
under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Exchange
