Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June6, 2017, Air Lease Corporation (the Company) issued a
press release announcing that it had priced, and entered into an
underwriting agreement to issue and sell, subject to certain
conditions, $600million aggregate principal amount of 2.625%
unsecured senior notes due 2022 (the Notes) to an effective shelf
registration statement previously filed with the Securities and
Exchange Commission.

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
and is incorporated herein by reference.

This Current Report on Form 8-K does not constitute an offer to

The Company is principally engaged in purchasing new commercial jet transport aircraft directly from aircraft manufacturers, such as The Boeing Company (Boeing) and Airbus S.A.S. (Airbus), and leasing those aircraft to airlines across the world.
