On May 8, 2019, Aerohive Networks, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter of 2019. In the press release, the Company also announced that it would be holding a conference call on May 8, 2019>to discuss its financial results for the first quarter of 2019 and outlook for its second quarter of fiscal year 2019. Aerohive Networks, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, is engaged in designing and development of a cloud-managed mobile networking platform that enables enterprises to deploy a mobile-centric network edge. Its product portfolio includes hardware products, cloud-based network management and applications, and support services.
