issued a press release announcing its financial results for the
quarter and year ended December 31, 2016, as well as information
regarding a conference call to discuss these financial results. A

Aclaris Therapeutics, Inc. is a United States-based clinical-stage specialty pharmaceutical company. The Company is focused on identifying, developing and commercializing drugs to address the needs in dermatology. Its lead drug candidate, A-101 Topical Solution, is a hydrogen peroxide topical solution that the Company is developing as a prescription treatment for seborrheic keratosis (SK). It has completed approximately three Phase II clinical trials of A-101. It has initiated over two multi-center, double blind Phase III clinical trials and an open label Phase III clinical trial of A-101 in patients with SK.
