On May 23, 2019, Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (the “Company”) issued a news release reporting that the Board of Directors of the Company had declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share in respect of the Company’s Class A Common Stock. The dividend was declared on May 22, 2019 and is payable on June 17, 2019 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 7, 2019.
