On April26, 2017, Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (the Company) held
its 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the Annual Meeting). At
the Annual Meeting, the Companys stockholders voted on the
following six proposals, each of which is described in detail in
the Companys definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities
and Exchange Commission on March8, 2017 (the Proxy):
