On April 28, 2017 the Registrants Australian subsidiary, Wonhe
Multimedia Commerce Ltd. (Wonhe Multimedia), filed with the
Australian Stock Exchange a Quarterly Report for Entities Subject
to Listing Rule 4.7B, setting forth information regarding the
cash flows of Wonhe Multimedia during the quarter ended March 31,
2017. A copy of the Report is being filed as an exhibit to this
Current Report.
On the same day, Wonhe Multimedia published a letter from the
Chairman of its Board of Directors to the shareholders of Wonhe
Multimedia containing information about the financial results of
that company and managements expectations for the coming year. A
copy of the letter is being filed as an exhibit to this Current
Report.
