Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) has received shareholder inquiries asking for re-confirmation that the partial hold on screening for enrollment in the Company’s Phase III trial was lifted as described in the Company’s prior announcement on February 6, 2017, as the Company’s most recent Prospectus Supplement did not contain this update.  The Company re-confirmed that the FDA’s partial hold was lifted as previously reported.

Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc. is a biotechnology company. The Company is focused on developing immunotherapy products to treat cancer.
