Change in Fiscal Year.
Investment Corp. (the Company) approved an amendment to Article
XV of the Companys Amended and Restated Bylaws (Bylaws), which
became effective immediately. This amendment allows the Companys
stockholders to alter or repeal any provision of the Bylaws or
adopt new Bylaws if any such alteration, repeal or adoption is
approved by the affirmative vote of a majority of the votes
entitled to be cast on the matter.
