On April 3, 2017, Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. (the
Company) issued a press release announcing that on March 31,
2017, the Company received a letter from The NASDAQ Stock Market
LLC (NASDAQ) stating that because the Companys shares had a
closing bid price at or above $1.00 per share for a minimum of
ten (10) consecutive business days, the Companys stock had
regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement of
$1.00 per share for continued listing on the NASDAQ Global
Market, as set forth in NASDAQ Listing Rule 5450(a)(1), and that
the matter is now closed.
