issued a press release announcing that the Company will ring The
Closing Bell televised live at the New York Stock Exchange on
Monday, April 3rd, 2017 starting at 3:56pm ET. Members
of the GEE Group executive management team and board of
directors, investors and invited guests will gather on the podium
to ring the NYSE bell during the ceremony. A copy of the release
is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
