On March 20, 2017, Diamante Minerals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued
an update, by way of a press release, announcing a non-brokered
private placement of up to 10,000,000 common shares of the
Company.

The Company intends to up to US $1,000,000 of the proceeds to
acquire an additional 17.6% equity interest in Mineracao Batovi
Ltda. Additional funds raised by the private placement will be
used for general working capital needs.
