On March 3, 2017, W. Mark Humphrey notified Alico, Inc. (the “Company”) that, effective April 3, 2017, he will resign as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. He is pursuing other career opportunities and his resignation is not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices. The Company has retained a search firm to recruit Mr. Humphrey’s replacement.
