Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 7, 2017, Vectrus, Inc. issued a press release announcing
that, on March 7, 2017, it received notice from the Department of
the U.S. Army that (i) the solicitation of the Kuwait Base
Operations and Security Support Services (K-BOSSS) 2.0 recompete
is cancelled and (ii) the U.S. Government anticipates that it
will solicit new K-BOSSS requirements as soon as practicable.
Vectrus is the incumbent contractor providing these services.
At this time, Vectrus is not revising its financial guidance for
the year ending December 31, 2017, until it receives additional
contracting direction on the existing contract.

incorporated herein by reference.
