Cigna Corporation (“Cigna”) previously announced its intention to host an Investor Day on March 29, 2017. In light of the recently announced schedule in the appeal of the U.S. District Court’s ruling to enjoin the proposed merger with Anthem, Cigna has decided to postpone its Investor Day to a later date. Cigna will provide further details when available, and continues to look forward to the Investor Day discussion of its strategic growth plan as well as its plans for future capital deployment.
