AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR) recently learned that the Office of Inspector General (“OIG”) for the United States Department of State has closed its investigation of the Company’s subsidiary AAR Airlift Group, Inc. (“AAR Airlift”) in connection with the Department of State Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, Office of Aviation (“INL/A”) contract award for the Worldwide Aviation Support Services program. The OIG’s administrative closure resulted in no actions against AAR Airlift.
