Change in Base Salary for Trent Doucet, President and Chief
Executive Officer
On November 10, 2016, the board of directors of Surna Inc. (the
Company) approved an increase in the annual base salary rate for
Mr. Trent Doucet, the Companys President and Chief Executive
Officer, from $120,000 to $180,000, effective as of November 7,
2016.
