Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 10, 2016, co-founder Marlin Ray Robbins gave notice of his resignation as a member of the Board of Directors of Mannatech, Incorporated, (“Mannatech”), effective immediately as of such date. Mr. Robbins resigned from the Board of Directors in order to focus on his business as an independent associate of Mannatech, and his decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with Mannatech.
