On September 19, 2019, Ningzhou Zhang voluntarily resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of TechCare Corp. (the “Company”). Mr. Zhang did not resign as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
