On August 19, 2019, Ms. Nancy Gougarty advised the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of TriMas Corporation (the “Company”) of her resignation from the Company’s Board, effective as of August 31, 2019. Ms. Gougarty’s resignation from the Board was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Board expressed its thanks to Ms. Gougarty for her Board service. The Board has initiated a search process to identify candidates to succeed Ms. Gougarty.
