Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A. (“Altisource” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it closed the sale of its Financial Services business, closed the sale of the majority of its remaining short-term investments in real estate and started selling its investment in Front Yard Residential Corporation stock. The Company also disclosed second quarter 2019 share repurchases to a 10b5-1 stock repurchase plan. A copy of the press release issued by Altisource is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
