On March 18, 2019, Bryan Schumaker, Chief Accounting Officer of First Solar, Inc. (“First Solar”), provided notice of his decision to depart First Solar to accept a position with another company. Mr. Schumaker’s departure from First Solar is effective on May 10, 2019.
