On March 20, 2019, Ottawa Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a one-time special cash dividend of $0.35 per share. The special dividend will be paid on or about April 12, 2019, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 1, 2019.
