Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

On February 12, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), Sport Endurance, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Certificate of Withdrawal of Certificate of Designation (the “Amendment”) for the Company’s Series B Preferred Stock (the “Series B”). The filing of the Amendment was approved by the Company’s Board of Directors and there were no shares of Series B outstanding on the Effective Date.
