Supreme Cannabis Co. (TSX: FIRE) (OTCQX: SPRWF) has agreed to supply recreational cannabis to retailers in the provinces of New Brunswick and Saskatchewan.
Under a supply agreement with the New Brunswick Liquor Corp., Supreme subsidiary 7ACRES will provide cannabis products to stores. The New Brunswick Liquor is the provincial Crown corporation responsible for the purchase, importation, distribution, and retail activity for all beverage alcohol in the province.
In addition, Supreme said that 7ACRES has been registered as a supplier in the province of Saskatchewan.
“We’re excited to announce that 7ACRES-branded products will be available for adult-use in eight Canadian provinces coast-to-coast,” Supreme Cannabis CEO Navdeep Dhaliwal said in a statement.
Saskatchewan and New Brunswick become 7ACRES’ seventh and eighth provincial partners alongside British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.
7ACRES is a federally-licensed producer of cannabis operating inside a 440,000-square-foot facility in Kincardine, Ontario.
“In a short amount of time, 7ACRES has won multiple awards and received overwhelmingly enthusiastic consumer feedback. Our Company has made it a priority to expand 7ACRES’ domestic distribution so that more Canadians will be able to experience our High-End Cannabis products,” Dhaliwal added.
