(b) Effective January 7, 2019, Priyanka Singh resigned as Chief Financial Officer of USA Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”).
The Company is currently negotiating appropriate arrangements with an individual who would perform the functions necessary to permit such individual to execute the required certifications of the Company’s principal financial officer under Rule 13a-14 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
