On December 3, 2018, Paratek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it filed two patent term extension requests with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for patents covering NUZYRA™ (omadacycline), including for U.S. Patent No. 7,553,828, directed to composition of matter, and U.S. Patent No. 9,265,740, directed to a method of treatment.

Paratek Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
