Departureof Director

On September14, 2018, Shailesh Rao notified the Board of Directors of Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (the “Company”) that he has resigned from the Board to assume a full-time, senior management role with another company, effective immediately. Mr.Rao joined the Company’s Board of Directors in September2013.
