On July 24, 2018, Loop Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a free new program that will allow consumers of Gatorade, a subsidiary of PepsiCo (Nasdaq:PEP; NYSE:PEP) to return and upcycle used Gatorade Gx pods into products of greater value using Loop’s upcycling technology.
