As of July 2, 2018, Gaurav Passi no longer serves as the Executive Vice President for Products of Five9, Inc. (the “Company”) and will depart from the Company to pursue other opportunities. If Mr. Passi executes a release, he will receive benefits under the Company’s Key Employee Severance Plan as a Tier 3 participant and may receive other benefits that he and the Company may negotiate.
