On March 19, 2018, Meggen Rhodes resigned from her position as chief financial officer of the Company. In connection with Ms. Rhodes’ resignation, Ms. Rhodes indicated to the Company that such resignation was not the result of any disagreement related to the operations, policies or practices of the Company.
