On March19,2018, Jeffrey E. Curtiss confirmed to KBR, Inc. ("KBR") that he will be retiring from the KBR Board of Directors effective May16,2018, at KBR's 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Over the past 11 years, Mr. Curtiss provided strong leadership on KBR's Board of Directors serving as the Chairman of the Audit Committee for 10 years and most recently as the Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Curtiss has been instrumental in helping KBR maintain strong audit and governance practices. KBR thanks Mr. Curtiss for his many contributions to the KBR Board of Directors and committees on which he served and wishes him well in his retirement.
