On February13, 2018, Antero Resources Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit99.1 and incorporated by reference herein, announcing an increase in the Company’s estimated proved reserves and total proved, probable and possible reserves as of December31, 2017.
