On February 3, 2018, the Board of Directors of Bravatek Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) determined to change the Company’s fiscal year end to December 31st from March 31st. The Company believes this change will benefit the Company by aligning its reporting periods to be more consistent with peer companies. A transition report on Form 10-K for the transition period from March 31, 2017, to December 31, 2017, will be filed.
