On January 23, 2018, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of MEDITE Cancer Diagnostics, Inc. (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Dr. Augusto Ocana from the position of Director of the Company effective immediately. Dr. Ocana’s resignation is without disagreement with the Company.
On January 25, 2018, the Board held a meeting and unanimously elected the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Stephen Von Rump, to fill the Board position vacated by Dr. Ocana, to serve until his resignation or removal.
