On October 18, 2017, Real Goods Solar, Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”), notifying the Company that Nasdaq Staff has determined that for the last 10 consecutive business days, from October 4 through October 17, 2017, the closing bid price of the Company’s Class A common stock has been at $1.00 per share or greater. Accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).
