During the question and answer session on the CSRA Inc. earnings call on Wednesday, August 9, CSRA spoke about its recently awarded milCloud 2.0 contract. CSRA would like to clarify those comments by noting that the milCloud 2.0 contract is an eight-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract, with a $498 million ceiling price, to develop and leverage private clouds using a CSRA solution. Any other technical requirements, and any workloads to be migrated, will be addressed as needed and on a timeline directed by the customer.
