(a) The Company held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on July20, 2017. There were 25,435,090 eligible votes, with 23,539,048 votes being cast, or 92.55%.
(b) Proxies for the meeting were solicited to Regulation 14A; there was no solicitation in opposition to management’s nominees for directors listed in the Proxy Statement and all such nominees were elected.

The Company operates through two business segments: Print and Apparel.
