On July 18, 2017, Blueknight Energy Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that on August 14, 2017, it will pay quarterly distributions of $0.1450 per common unit, unchanged from the Partnership’s first quarter 2017 distribution, and $0.17875 per preferred unit to its common and preferred unitholders of record as of the close of business on August 4, 2017. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as an exhibit to this Current Report.
