On July 14, 2017, Mr. Michael Reger, the President, director and principal shareholder of GelTech Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) purchased 520,834 shares of the Company’s common stock and 260,417 two-year warrants exercisable at $2.00 per share for $125,000.
All of the securities were issued without registration under the Securities Act of 1933 in reliance upon the exemption provided in Section 4(a)(2) and Rule 506(b) thereunder.
