On June 30, 2017, director Nick Swinmurn notified CafePress Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation as a member of the Board of Directors (the "Board"), which became effective on June 30, 2017. Mr. Swinmurn's decision was not the result of any disagreement with the Company or the Board.
